Tax Advisory

Personal, corporate and cross-border income tax — planned across the year, not reconstructed in June.

What it covers

Annual planning, quarterly

We model your position four times a year rather than once. Most of what saves money has to be decided before the year closes, not after it.

Corporate income tax

IKE, EPE and AE returns, provisional tax management, loss carry-forward planning, and the intercompany positions that draw questions.

Personal and founder returns

E1, E2 and E3 filings, imputed-income exposure, dividend versus salary modelling, and foreign income already taxed elsewhere.

AADE correspondence

We answer letters. In writing, within the deadline, with the file references attached. You are copied on everything and never asked to translate it.

Year-end optimisation

Depreciation elections, provisions, bad-debt write-offs and timing decisions reviewed against next year, not only this one.

Second-review discipline

No return leaves this office without a second partner reading it. It is the reason the letters we do receive are short.

What you get

Founders, professionals, family businesses and SMEs whose tax position touches more than one form — and anyone who has had a return prepared by someone they never met.

Filing calendar
Issued each January, covering every deadline that applies to you
Quarterly note
One page: what we filed, what we noticed, what is coming
Year-end meeting
Ninety minutes, with printouts, before the year closes
Named reviewer
A second partner who reads your file and signs it off

Fees

From €380 per month for individuals, from €820 per month for SMEs. Fixed and written down before any work begins.

Line led by Sevasti Papamichail, FCA. Every engagement names the partner who does the work and the partner who reviews it.

Common questions

Can you take over mid-year?

Yes, and it is the most common way clients arrive. We pull the two prior years of filings, reconcile them, and write a candid opening memo before we file anything of our own.

What happens if AADE opens an audit?

Markos handles it. He spent twelve years inside the AADE Athens-A unit and knows what the file needs to contain before the first meeting, not after it.

Do you work with non-residents?

Regularly. Greek-domiciled non-doms, double-tax treaty positions and transfer-pricing memoranda are handled by our International and Cross-border line.
