Journal

Short notes on what changed this month, and what it means in practice.

The Journal exists because clients kept forwarding us news articles asking whether it affected them. Usually it did not. Occasionally it did, considerably.

Each note says what changed, who it applies to, and what — if anything — you should do. If the answer is nothing, we say so.
