If a tax pre-audit letter has arrived, telephone rather than email. The response window is nine days and it is not extended for good reasons.
What happens next
The call
Thirty minutes, no fee. You describe what is on your desk. We ask the questions that determine whether we can help, and we tell you honestly if we cannot.
The opening memo
If we go ahead, we pull your two prior years, reconcile them, and write a candid memo: what is clean, what is a risk, what we would fix first. Before any invoice.
The engagement letter
Fixed scope, fixed fee, named partner, named reviewer. Signed before any work begins. If scope changes later we quote it before doing it, not afterwards.
Onboarding fortnight
Portal access, filing calendar and the handover from your previous firm. We deal with them directly so you do not have to.
Visiting the office
We are on Voukourestiou, a few minutes from Syntagma. There is no reception theatre — you will be met by the person you came to see.
Meetings are by appointment because all four partners carry files and are frequently with clients. If you need someone urgently, telephone and say so; we keep room in the day for exactly that.

Before you call
We are not ready to switch yet. Is the call still worth it?
Yes, and about a third of our calls are exactly this. You get a straight read on your position and there is no follow-up unless you ask for one.
Can you speak to our current accountant?
We handle the handover directly if you would rather not have that conversation. It is routine and it is part of onboarding.
Do you take clients outside Athens?
Yes. Roughly a quarter of our base is elsewhere in Greece or abroad, and the work runs through the portal and scheduled calls.
What do you need from us to start?
The last two years of filings and access to your books. If you do not have them, we will get them — that is part of the opening work.
